Just a quick post to let all of you know about a service that's free to use - it's called Thumbtack. What's wonderful about it is once you've posted your information on the site, you can set up craigslist posts automatically (and they look great!) It's best to have a craigslist account first - then all you do is hit a few buttons - and within 15 minutes you have a great ad on craigslist. This is great for For Sale By Owners and Realtors - you can post many pictures of your home/listing. Here's an example of mine!
